Some sauces burn. Ours build. At More-ish Sauce Co, we make small-batch, handcrafted condiments that bring bold, Asian-inspired flavor to every table — no preservatives, no MSG, no shortcuts. Just real ingredients, real heat, and flavors worth coming back for.
Where It All Started
More-ish Sauce Co was born from a passport full of stamps and a kitchen full of experiments.
Julia Young — founder, flavor chaser, US Air Force veteran, and proud Taiwanese immigrant — spent years traveling the world and falling deeper in love with the bold, complex flavors of Asian cuisine. But no matter how many bottles she brought home, something was always missing: a sauce that delivered real depth of flavor without the artificial fillers.
So she made one herself.
Together with her husband and co-founder Alexander Young, Julia began crafting small-batch sauces in Orlando, FL — blending the culinary traditions she grew up with, the discipline the Air Force instilled in her, and a relentless drive to get the flavor just right. After a soft launch in October 2023, More-ish Sauce Co officially opened its doors in January 2024.

How We Make It
Every bottle of More-ish sauce is made in small batches — by hand, with intention.
We source quality, all-natural ingredients and craft each recipe without preservatives or MSG. Our lineup is gluten-free, with vegan options throughout, because great flavor shouldn't come with a list of things you can't pronounce.
From the mild, umami-rich warmth of our Warm Chili Crisp (heat: 2/10) to the full-throttle fire of Ghostfire (heat: 8/10), every sauce is built around one principle: bold flavor first, always.
