Sriracha Honey Baked Wings

Chicken Wings:
  • 1 lb chicken wings patted dry
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
Sriracha Honey Sauce:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
  2. Next, season the chicken wings with all chicken wing ingredients. Then place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 45-50 minutes (turn half way), and bake until they are golden brown and crispy.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the More-ish Sauce Co Sriracha honey marinade. Add all sauce ingredients to a pan, whisk until they are combined, then let the sauce simmer until it thickens while stirring.
  4. Remove the chicken wings from the oven and add them to the pan. Toss until they are covered in sauce. Serve and enjoy!
