- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2.5 large yellow onions thinly sliced (about 1/4" thick)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch of cayenne powder (more or less to taste, optional)
- 1 Tbsp More-ish Sauce Co Chili Crisp (Warm, Hot, or Hotter)

Directions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion slices and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until softened.
- Sprinkle the sugar over the onions and reduce the heat to medium low. Continue cooking for 35 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are golden brown and caramelized.
- Remove the onions from the heat and let cool slightly, then give them a rough chop.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cayenne, and garlic powder until creamy, preferably in a food processor for a 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and caramelized onions.
- Lastly, drizzle the More-ish Sauce Co Chili Crisp on top of the dip (you can also stir in additional for a spicier dip).
- Serve the dip immediately, at room temperature, or chilled with potato chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
